Description by ITMB: 1:315,000 Scale, 7th Edition, waterproof. Our most popular title has been completely redesigned for this new edition. Naturally, we have updated all of the information, and hopefully noted everything worth noting. Costa Rica is not only a lovely and safe country to visit, with a highly developed touristic infrastructure, its size is such that one can easily explore its many attractions by day trips, and trips to neighbouring Panama are not difficult. We have tried to make this map more readable, while retaining its comprehensiveness of information on beaches and resorts. There are too many to name all, but we"ve tried to present as complete a showing of roads and road qualities, touristic sites, and protected areas, that we feel confident that this map will meet the needs of just about anyone visiting the country. An inset map of San Jose is included, as well as one of the region around the city. Printed on plastic.
